OWLS 2024-2025 Annual Pricing

The OWLS 2024-2025 academic year spans from August 27, 2024 through May 29th, 2025. OWLS is in session on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please refer to our calendar for included dates.

Plans are based on reserved days per week during the academic year. 

• 1. 1. 1. 3 days a week= $10,500 annually

        2. 2 days a week= $7,000 annually

        3. 1 day a week= $3,500 annually

Payment Options

All payment options are based on our 105-day academic year calendar. Seeds of Love Collective is thrilled to offer discounts on semester and annual payment plans. Please review your payment plan options below:

• 10 Payments
  The 10-payments option divides the annual tuition into 10 equal installments. These installments are due on the 1st of the month from August through May.

• 2 Payments (5% Discount)
  The 2-payments option divides the annual tuition (minus a 5% discount) into 2 equal installments due on August 1st and January 1st. 

• Single Payment (10% Discount)
  The single-payment plan requires payment of the annual tuition (minus a 10% discount) in one payment on August 1st.

If a student joins Seeds of Love Collective mid-year, the first payment is prorated based on the start date. Please note that no refunds of paid tuition are provided if a family withdraws from Seeds of Love Collective prior to the end of the period covered by the most recent payment.

One Semester Commitment

Seeds of Love Collective enrollment plans are based on the Contra Costa County Schools calendar and require a one-semester (five-month) commitment. If enrolling mid-year, there is a five-month commitment. After the one-semester or five-month commitment, enrollments may be canceled with 30 days written notice via the cancellation request form.

One Month Happiness Guarantee

We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for your family! Seeds of Love Collective offers a one-month happiness guarantee. Families who provide written notice of program termination within thirty (30) days of initial enrollment and/or start date via our cancellation request form are waived from their one-semester commitment.
Due to Seeds of Love Collective’s Open Door Policy, fees are due regardless of student attendance. As such, no credits or refunds are provided for sick days, vacation days, calendar holidays, calendar professional development days, half-days, or other missed days.
