Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts are applied automatically to the least expensive plan for children in the same household as follows:
First Child: Full Tuition
Second + Child: 5% Discount
Enrollment Fee/Deposit
A non-refundable $80 enrollment fee/deposit will be due after the submission of the enrollment form. It will be applied to your payment plan of choice.
REFUNDS
Due to Program's Open Door Policy, Parents are charged the payment fee regardless of Student attendance.
As such, no credits, prorated discounts, makeup days, or refunds are provided for:
sick days, vacation days, half-days, or other missed days.
DEN Gear Requirements
Outdoor Gear
Check the weather DAILY! *If rain is predicted or it has rained recently, students may wear rain gear.
Wear &/or Pack:
Base Layer
Long sleeves layer
Pants
Hats (one for warmth and one for sun protection)
Outer layer (jacket)
Waterproof hiking boots or trail sneakers (no rain boots, crocs, or flip flops)
Water shoes (optional)
Waterproof shell or raincoat
Gloves (no ski or snow gloves, just thin, lightweight, waterproof or water resistant)
Rain pants (if rain is expected)
Daily Backpack Check
*Make sure their backpack is waterproof or has a rain fly to go over it if rain is predicted.
All gear and materials must be labeled. Waterproof personalized labels, if you would like or use a sharpie.
*Students must make sure that their backpack has:
Food: Snack & Lunch: They must be able to open, close, and pack it in their backpack on their own.
Water: at least a 16 oz capacity bottle.
Layers:
hats (one for warmth and one for sun protection)
long sleeves light layer
gloves (thin, lightweight, waterproof or water resistant)
jacket
rain gear (wear if it has rained recently or rain is predicted)
Sunscreen: must be able to apply themselves.
Hand Sanitizer (travel size).
